How does the process work?

Once you contact us, we will arrange an initial one-on-one appointment for you to meet with a Family Mediator. This initial meeting is called a Mediation Information and Assessment Meeting (MIAM). We will also reach out to the other party to invite them to attend their own separate MIAM.

At your MIAM, you will have the chance to discuss your situation with the Family Mediator, who will outline the mediation process and assess whether it may be suitable for your circumstances. Following this meeting, you can decide if you would like to proceed with Family Mediation.

If both you and the other party wish to continue after attending your MIAMs, we will schedule a joint session for you both to attend alongside the Mediator. Each session lasts between one to one and a half hours, after which the Family Mediator will prepare a written summary of the discussions.

What Our Clients Say

I found the mediation service provided by Daniel really helpful to my situation. We had two sessions, both of which I found entirely constructive and helped us reach an overall agreement by the end of the second session. Written summaries of the sessions were received within one week of each session. Many thanks to Daniel for all your help with this. I would definitely use them again in the future.

It was exactly how I hoped it would be; We reached an agreement at mediation and overall I was happy with the service provided.

Very Satisfied with the service. I feel that it has helped me and I’ve managed to resolve my issues. I now have contact with my son. I would definitely recommend.
